Located in our Fredericksburg office, Dr. Cook attended West Virginia University where he earned his undergraduate degree in 1989 and his medical degree in 1993. Dr. Cook completed his internship and family practice residency at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.
Dr. Cook is a board certified family practitioner and joined Rappahannock Family Physicians in 1996.
